Check in on your clients’ progress with their new year’s goals. Did your steps in January make a difference? Renew commitment to support them. Write down ideas on the post-it notes. Pick one, enter it on the calendar and do it.

Use statistics to determine if your home page content is effective in bringing in new traffic and generating visitor interaction. Do new visitors answer the call to action, such as:
- by leaving their email address,
- making comments,
- submitting contact information,
- and/or calling?
Make changes where necessary.
