Find out what your clientele are striving for in the New Year, and how you can better support them. The easiest way to do this? Create a free survey either on your website using a form plugin, or with a service like Survey Monkey. Or, just email and ask! Once you’ve gotten some responses, brainstorm and write ideas on the post-it notes. Pick one, enter date on the calendar and implement it.

Create a marketing plan for the year. How will you let more of the world know how awesome you are, and how much better their lives would be with your business supporting them? Take the tried-and-true marketing strategies, add some fresh ideas, and set dates to make it all happen! Look ahead in the calendar and fill out post-it notes for the first quarter, or more. Then work the PLAN.
