How can Online Empowerment help you discover and develop your unique message?
The Online Empowerment Message Development process involves four stages – two involve “homework” and two involve conversations and feedback between you and Marisa Goudy, our resident writer and communications strategist.
It all starts with asking the right questions. You’ll complete the Online Empowerment’s Guide to Your Ideal Client. When you truly understand this person, everything else can fall into place.
2) A Guided Journey
You’ll talk with Marisa for about an hour. Marisa brings her instinct for a good story, her insight into modern marketing practices, and her intuition as an experienced energy healer. (Yes, your brand message has an energy to it and you’ll go farther faster when you’re in dialog with someone who looks at your story from all angles – even the “woo woo” ones!)
During this conversation you’ll shape the raw material of self-discovery and begin to connect with the words, images, and strategy you can use to effectively get your message out into the world.
3) Put It On the Page (Er, Screen)
Based on what you and Marisa learn together, you’ll receive detailed notes and suggestions on how to move forward. Marisa will offer prompts for writing your copy and offer a general framework for how to start marketing these new, clarified ideas. You’ll have about a week to complete your homework.
4) Review and Build Confidence
Marisa will review what you’ve produced and offer suggestions. She’s there to hold you accountable so that you really do assemble a message that will help you stand out and attract the right people.
You’ll have a thirty-minute wrap-up and come away with the statement you’ll use to headline your website and to clearly state what you offer and what you stand for when anyone asks what you do – you’ll have your one-of-a-kind value proposition.
